Almost everything you need to know about the production process. Keep in mind this is what I have to think about, all you need to do is look good on camera.

Phase 1: Discovery & Brainstorming

We explore your goals, brand, and audience to see if this project fits your needs. Together, we develop the concept and direction before anything is recorded.

Includes:

  • Brainstorming creative directions

  • Seeing if this is right for your needs

  • Understanding your brand, aesthetics, tone, and you

  • Exploring narrative style, purpose, and audience alignment

  • Building out a rough content outline or concept flow

Phase 2: Pre-Production (Planning & Setup)

We plan everything—from script and structure to titles and timelines—so that production runs smoothly and the final product meets your expectations.

Includes:

  • Planning the structure and timeline

  • Organizing shoot logistics, locations, and people involved

  • Scripting or prepping talking points / questions

  • Title and Thumbnail development

  • Clarifying goals and expectations for the final product

  • Deciding where and how this content will be used

Phase 3: Production (Filming / Recording)

This is the actual recording phase. We set up equipment, guide the session, and capture high-quality content efficiently and professionally.

Includes:

  • Equipment rental (audio, lighting, cameras if needed)

  • Hourly production rate (including travel if applicable)

  • Set up, recording, and clean up on location or virtually

  • Managing audio quality, lighting, and framing

  • Capturing multiple takes or angles when needed

  • Directing the flow while keeping it natural and on message

Phase 4: Post-Production (Editing & Finishing)

We edit the footage, clean the audio, add polish, and shape everything into a finished piece. This includes full and short-form versions based on what was captured.

Includes:

  • Editing time (cutting, assembling, pacing, etc.)

  • Calculated per hour of production footage (rounded up)

  • Sound cleanup, color correction, and graphics (if applicable)

  • Rendering time for full and short-form versions

  • Revisions based on your feedback

Phase 5: Distribution (Delivery & Launch Support)

We handle uploading and formatting your content for platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and social media, making sure everything is ready for release.

Includes:

  • Upload to Dropbox (for your personal archive)

  • Upload full export video to YouTube

  • Upload quick export version to Spotify Podcasts, Facebook, etc.

  • Metadata and platform-ready formatting (title, tags, description)

  • Optional support with scheduling or social copy if needed

Final Touchpoint: Client Feedback & Review

We wrap up by reviewing the work together, collecting your thoughts, and making note of improvements for future collaborations.

Includes:

  • Your honest opinion on the work completed

  • Notes for improvement or direction for future projects

  • Discussion on next steps if you'd like to do more

But the Day is past. The Second Day of July 1776, will be the most memorable Epocha, in the History of America.

I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated, by succeeding Generations, as the great anniversary Festival. It ought to be commemorated, as the Day of Deliverance, by solemn Acts of Devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with Pomp and Parade, with Shews, Games, Sports, Guns, Bells, Bonfires and Illuminations from one End of this Continent to the other from this Time forward forever more.

You will think me transported with Enthusiasm but I am not. I am well aware of the Toil and Blood and Treasure, that it will cost Us to maintain this Declaration, and support and defend these States.

Yet through all the Gloom I can see the Rays of ravishing Light and Glory. I can see that the End is more than worth all the Means. And that Posterity will triumph in that Days Transaction, even although We should rue it, which I trust in God We shall not.

John Adams to Abigail Adams, 03 July 1776
