Everything you need to know about pricing!

Production

Refers to the complete process of content creation, including long-form, medium-form, and short-form content, as well as any derived content. A Production serves as the overarching project that integrates all related content.

Licensing

The payment made by the Guest grants them a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the Content (or portions thereof) solely for Guest’s promotional, marketing, or portfolio purposes.

Long-Form Content

This is considered the single, finalized, fully edited episode derived from the original recording session. It can take the form of podcasts, interviews, documentaries, vlogs, educational content, and deep conversations.

Medium-Form Content

Excerpts or segments derived from the Long Form Content, which highlights major topics, themes, or discussions from the full episode. These segments may vary in length but are intended to encapsulate significant portions of the Guest’s appearance while maintaining narrative coherence. It generally lasts 10 to 30 minutes and is designed to maintain audience engagement while delivering substantial value.

Short-Form Content

Edited, vertical-format video clips derived from the Long Form Content. These clips are under sixty (60) seconds in duration and are optimized for distribution on social media platforms, capturing concise, engaging highlights of the Guest’s appearance.

Sponsorship

A formal arrangement in which a Sponsor provides monetary or non-monetary support to the Promoter in exchange for promotional exposure. Sponsorship primarily aims to increase brand visibility and audience engagement within a targeted niche.

This can include long-term partnerships with recurring brand placements or one-off sponsored mentions, product features, or brand integrations within a single production or episode. However, it does not guarantee sales, conversions, or specific business outcomes.

Traditional Promotion

The integration of a Sponsor’s advertisement within long-form or medium-form content. This form of promotion ensures that the sponsor’s message is naturally embedded into the content, making it more engaging for the audience rather than feeling like an external interruption.

Visually-Integrated Promotion

Sponsor materials are included exclusively in the visual elements of the content, which can be a Digital Promotion and/or a Physical Promotion. These placements provide visual exposure only, meaning that audiences engaging through audio platforms will not receive the same promotional messaging.

Affiliate Promotion

The Promoter agrees to promote the Sponsor’s brand, product, or service through unique tracking links, promotional codes, or other performance-based methods. Compensation is commission-based and tied to successful sales generated through these promotions. This type of sponsorship aligns the sponsor’s success with the effectiveness of the promotion, incentivizing authentic and strategic marketing efforts by the Promoter.

But the Day is past. The Second Day of July 1776, will be the most memorable Epocha, in the History of America.

I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated, by succeeding Generations, as the great anniversary Festival. It ought to be commemorated, as the Day of Deliverance, by solemn Acts of Devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with Pomp and Parade, with Shews, Games, Sports, Guns, Bells, Bonfires and Illuminations from one End of this Continent to the other from this Time forward forever more.

You will think me transported with Enthusiasm but I am not. I am well aware of the Toil and Blood and Treasure, that it will cost Us to maintain this Declaration, and support and defend these States.

Yet through all the Gloom I can see the Rays of ravishing Light and Glory. I can see that the End is more than worth all the Means. And that Posterity will triumph in that Days Transaction, even although We should rue it, which I trust in God We shall not.

John Adams to Abigail Adams, 03 July 1776
