Gotchies was founded by a group of lifelong friends from diverse backgrounds—athletes, computer scientists, data analysts, students, musicians, and more—united by a passion for health. We focused on exercise, sleep, and diet, always skeptical of mainstream products. We took pride in questioning the status quo and seeking better alternatives. However, it wasn’t until June 2024 that we realized there was an area we’d massively overlooked: the impact of what we wore, specifically our underwear, on our overall well-being. We did our due diligence and learned about the synthetic underwear crisis: mainstream brands were flooding the market with harmful, low-quality materials. Realizing that what we wore every day could impact our health, we decided to act. We created Gotchies to offer a healthier, eco-friendly alternative—underpants designed for comfort, sustainability, and well-being. Our mission was simple: challenge the industry, prioritize health, and provide a better choice for everyone.
